While walking in the Törley Cellar the different champagne manufacturing technologies and methods are presented to the visitors. After getting to know the so-called disgorgement procedure light is thrown on the mystery of how it is possible to mature champagne for years and distribute it without reloading in the same bottle. Visitors learn about the Dom Perignon legend.
At the end of the program champagne tasting takes places, generally 4 different champagnes are compared, which is lead by the „champagne master”.
